TapKori Refund and Returns Policy

TapKori is here to provide simplicity, convenience and satisfaction with dedication. But if something goes wrong within the 3 days of receiving the product, we will be able to give you a replacement.


Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since you received the product and didn’t file a report, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you want to cancel your subscription within 7 days of confirmation, we will refund you the full amount in your preferred system.

NFC cards are non refundable. If your NFC card has any defect such as reading issue, Printing mistake, invalid QR code or physical damage, we will replace the card with a new one.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed.

Late or missing refunds or replacement

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to us.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
